Measuring outcomes

While we can’t offer metrics on how much your company’s productivity has improved due to the interventions we provide, we can measure individual workplace wellbeing. This tells us how well each individual is getting their needs met -
if they are mentally well, they perform well.

After every session, a simple online questionnaire allows participants to rate their emotional wellbeing. The therapist is then armed with vital information to evaluate the data to give targeted support. This information can provide actionable insights to improve the mental health of individuals
as well as everyone within your organisation.
